ISO 14001 is an internationally recognized management standard which identifies the needs that an organization has, to manage its environmental management system and enhance its environmental performance. The ISO 14001:2015 certification ensures the compliance of an organization’s operations with the requirements of both the standard and that of the local regulatory bodies. Achieving an ISO 14001 certification promotes a commitment to safer environmental etiquette and attitude.

STEP 3> Review Gaps and Plan for the project: We provide the ranking-based Gap report which can be analyzed and reviewed on different parameters to business-specific build action plans.
STEP 4> Train on ISO Standards: Knowledge and competence is needed before setting a change in motion, hence we provide training as per needs on ISO 14001:2015 and certification needs
STEP 5> Draft and Review the Documentation: Develop documentation for the business taking into consideration the level of operation, manpower, the complexity of processes, and scope of works.
STEP 6> Implement the Environment Management System: EMS system is implemented and step by step guidance provided by our consultants.
STEP 7> Conduct Internal Audit & Closeouts: As needed by the business, an internal audit is conducted analyzing the system in light of the newly implemented system. Any shortcomings are closed out
STEP 8> Assist in External Audits by Certification body: We provide assistance in identifying certification bodies relevant to business and further liaising with them for Stage 1 & 2 audits.
STEP 9> Achieve the Certification: Post external audits, concerns (if any) raised shall be reviewed and closed out leading to awarding of ISO 9001:2015 certification.
