ROADMAP TO ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION

STEP 2: Undertake a Gap Analysis: Assess the prevalent gap between ISO 9001: 2015 standards and existing system of business, so as emphasis can be prioritized.

STEP 3: Review Gaps and Plan for the project: We provide ranking based Gap report which can be analyzed and reviewed on different parameters to business specific build action plans.

STEP 4: Train on ISO Standards: Knowledge and competence is needed before setting a change in motion, hence we provide trainings as per needs on ISO 9001:2015 and certification needs

STEP 5: Draft and Review the Documentation: Develop documentation for the business taking into consideration the level of operation, manpower, the complexity of processes, and scope of works.
